A: 1. TDO double inner ring type
This has an integral outer ring and two single inner rings. It is usually supplied together with an inner ring spacer as a preset clearance component. This structure provides a larger effective bearing span and is often selected for applications where overturning moment is the main load. TDO bearings can be used in a fixed (positioned) position or allowed to float in the inner bore of the bearing seat, for example to compensate for shaft expansion. Most sizes of double inner ring bearings are available in TDODC or TDOCD outer ring forms. These outer rings have holes on the outer diameter, allowing the use of locating pins to prevent the outer ring from rotating in the bearing seat.
2. TDI type ------ double outer ring type TDIT type ------ double outer ring type with tapered hole
It consists of an integral inner ring and two single outer rings. They are usually supplied together with an outer ring spacer as a preset clearance component. TDI and TDI T bearings can be used in fixed (positioned) positions on shaft rotation applications. For applications where the bearing seat rotates, the TDI double outer ring can be used to float on a fixed shaft. The inner hole of the TDIT type is tapered and is used in applications where interference fit must be used but frequent disassembly is required.
3. TNA type ------- non-adjustable, TNASW type ------ non-adjustable with lubrication groove, TNASWE type ------ non-adjustable with lubrication groove and extended large flange
These three bearing types are similar to TDO --- consisting of an integral outer ring and two single inner rings. The small end face of the inner ring is extended to abut, and no separate inner ring spacer is required. Built-in clearance is provided to give standard clearance settings, as shown in the figure. These bearings are used in many fixed or floating bearing applications that require optimal simple assembly.
TNASW and TNASWE are TNA variants with chamfers and grooves on the small end face of the inner ring to provide lubrication through the shaft. TNASWE has an extended large flange on the inner ring, and the outer diameter of the large flange is ground to allow the use of seals or stamped covers. It is mainly used on fixed shafts.
